I called Duke’s for an estimate for a new furnace but instead of giving me a quote he (Duke himself) checked my system and the thermostat first because he said I might not really need a new furnace. The problem turned out to be just a broken thermostat. He also cleaned the heat sensor, etc…He came on time, he was very nice, and wore booties every time he entered my house to protect my floors and carpet ( it was raining at the time too!). He changed the thermostat and charged me for service and the thermostat for less than 200.00 vs the thousands of dollars I was quoted by other HVAC companies for a new furnace which they immediately recommended I need to replace just because the furnace is over 20 years old. However, If it turns out that this furnace needs to be replaced, I know I will call Duke’s to do the job! Thanks, Duke!!
