Duke has taken care of my air conditioner for almost 20 years now. He is incredibly honest, professional, and caring. I would highly recommend him.

I have no problem recommending this place. He comes across as very trustworthy and the service he provided fits within that impression. He was very prompt on both visits. He is easy to understand and will take the time to explain things. As with any A/C diagnosis, the potential exists for an expensive repair. This didn’t “disappoint” in that regard. After a simple freon charge didn’t do the trick, a couple of trips up into the attic determined that an expansion valve was malfunctioning. His estimate came in at $830. (ouch) But in the end, it was simpler than he anticipated. The bill ended up being $654 for two visits, a new expansion valve, and a few hours of work by two men.

Duke’s employees were very personable and taught me a few things about my own furnace while servicing it. They wore booties to keep my house clean walking to the thermostat. Quick and thorough and at a reasonable repair price for the AC

I made the mistake of using the lowest bidder when I had my new heating / AC installed a few years ago. It wasn’t long before the condensation drains were plugged, and the drip pan was not placed right so I had water dripping through my ceiling! I called Dukes (I wasn’t going to have those other guys back in my house for any reason) and he came out right away, did a thorough inspection of the entire system, and gave me a reasonable price to make the necessary repairs. The work was completed quickly and our AC was back in operation. I highly recommend Duke’s without any reservations.

They are very efficient. Scheduled promptly and were even able to accommodate rescheduling to fix AC due to temperature drops. Technicians are highly knowledgeable and get to the problem and fix it quickly. They carry most of the small parts that may need replacement. If not, they will order the right part and come back to fix it. Great service overall !! Highly recommend.

I called Duke’s for an estimate for a new furnace but instead of giving me a quote he (Duke himself) checked my system and the thermostat first because he said I might not really need a new furnace. The problem turned out to be just a broken thermostat. He also cleaned the heat sensor, etc…He came on time, he was very nice, and wore booties every time he entered my house to protect my floors and carpet ( it was raining at the time too!). He changed the thermostat and charged me for service and the thermostat for less than 200.00 vs the thousands of dollars I was quoted by other HVAC companies for a new furnace which they immediately recommended I need to replace just because the furnace is over 20 years old. However, If it turns out that this furnace needs to be replaced, I know I will call Duke’s to do the job! Thanks, Duke!!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The crew came on time, root caused and fixed our furnace and thermometer problem immediately, educated us how to identify the problem for future maintenance, and helped us cleaning the duct to prevent potential filter clogging. Pricing is super reasonable as well. We would definitely recommend the businesses for friends.
